FETA + HERB CRUSTED SALMON

Feta + Herb Crusted Salmon, by Tiffany Tisdale-Braxton

Ingredients List

  • 12 oz salmon filet

  • 1 cup feta cheese

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice 

  • 1 tsp capers

  • 3 tsp julienne sun-dried tomatos 

  • 3 tbsp olive oil 

  • 4 tbsp water

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of pepper


Directions: Step-by-Step Success


  1. Place skillet over med-high heat, add 2tbsp of olive oil, and allow to coat the bottom of the pan. Allow to heat up to 3 min. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to the salmon. Add salmon to skillet, skin side down. Allow to brown for 3 min on each side. 

  2. While salmon is browning, mix feta cheese, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, 1 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add cheese mixture to the top of the salmon. Add water to the skillet and cover and allow to cook for 7 min. 

  3. Remove from skillet and enjoy!
